How do I move over from my current platform?

We review which videos, texts and member data can be transferred. Scope, process and existing subscriptions are clarified before migration.

Where can I find privacy information?

The privacy policy is linked in the footer. Contact us about data processing, hosting and connected services before getting started.

What fees are there?

The pricing preview includes Free at €0 and Pro at €49 per month, plus 4.9% + €0.99 per successful sale. The Pro subscription applies even without sales. Check the binding terms at signup.

Where are my videos hosted?

In Multidrop's video library, including streaming inside the member area. You can also embed Vimeo.

Is there email marketing or a landing page builder?

Not natively. You keep your tool and connect it via Mailchimp, Zapier, n8n or webhooks. Transactional emails such as access and invoices are sent by Multidrop itself. Sales pages link to the Multidrop checkout.

What exactly does MAIA do?

Transcription, subtitles, a cover generator and help with descriptions. No AI content you didn't upload yourself.

What applies to the new plans?

The €0/€49 structure previews the relaunch. Check available plans, allowances and contract terms in your account before subscribing.

Which payment methods are available?

Credit card, PayPal, SEPA, Sofort, Klarna and one-click checkout.

Do I have to list my products on the marketplace?

No. The marketplace is optional and can be switched off at any time.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Talk to us about exporting content and member data. Cancellation terms depend on your subscription.
