Does an affiliate pay fees?
No. The fees are covered by the vendor (supplier of the product).
I bought a product and would like to request a refund. What should I do?
No problem! First, check if your purchase is refundable. This can be done easily at refund.multidrop.com – there you'll find all the important information and instructions.
Are there any fees if I offer products?
Only for sale. Multidrop charges 4.9% + €0.99 per successful transaction. Without sale – no costs.
When will I receive my payouts?
Regularly. Payments are made on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of each month.
Is there a member area feature?
Yes. Your course will be hosted for free in TAO – the Multidrop member area in
Netflix-style. At no additional cost.
What is my commission as an affiliate?
Variable. The height is determined by the respective product provider. You can find details directly in the marketplace.
What payment methods does Multidrop support?
